Unopened, unused items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Opened or used vape products, e-liquids, pods, disposable vapes and coils cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos or videos showing the issue
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they ship.
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Damaged or incorrect items are covered in section 2.
