Return & Refund Policy

At vape2smoke, customer satisfaction is our priority.
However, due to the nature of vape and pod products, we follow strict return guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene.


1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or opened vape products

  • E-liquids or pods

  • Disposable vapes or coils


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


3. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
