1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Areas

We ship within British Columbia only. We do not ship outside BC.

Free local delivery is available within 4 km of our shop at 1875 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, for orders of $50 CAD or more.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping within BC is free on orders of $100 CAD or more. Other available shipping options and their charges are shown at checkout.

Local delivery within 4 km of the shop is free, with a minimum order of $50 CAD.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

5. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked “delivered” by the courier, Cowboys Smoke Shop Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
